If you really wanted the answer, you wouldn’t have said "don’t say …" and then list off most of the answers yourself. The truth of the matter is you didn’t gain that weight in a month and it’s unrealistic and unhealthy to try to take it off in a month.

Realistically, you’re only going to lose 2 to 5 pounds a week. Yes the first week you lost 10, but that rate will vary each week and average out to the 2 to 5 pounds per week. Do NOT do a colon cleanse without your doctor’s supervision.

Continue to exercise at least an hour per day, and vary your workout routine — run 3 days a week and lift weights a couple days a week and do pilates or tae-bo a couple days a week.

Continue to eat healthy foods in healthy amounts, and drink plenty of water to flush the fat and toxins from your body. Avoid processed sugars. A healthy serving of meat is about the size of a deck of cards. Make sure that you’re eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables — 11 servings a day. Cut out the excess carbs — breads, tortillas, chips, pasta, etc — because they convert directly to sugar in the bloodstream and if that sugar isn’t burnt off with exercise, then it converts to fat.

Eat 4 to 6 smaller meals a day, instead of 3 big meals each day. Start your day with protein instead of carbs — or worse yet, skipping breakfast all together. Never eat anything after 7pm!! By Christmas-time, you can probably lose most of the weight that you want to take off. Good luck!

OMG IS YOUR CAPS LOCK BROCKEN?
    Mine is not.
    Ok, if you want to screw up your body, here is how;
Mix together, 1 tbs of maple syrup with the juice of 1/2 a lemon and 2tsp of cayenne pepper. Mix with boiled water into a cup. Drink this 5 times a day and there you have what you will be surviving on for the next month. You will need to exercise for 2 hours a day to meet your target. Run as fast as you can for 2 hours. Take multi vitamins too. I am not going to bother telling you how bad it is. Enjoy your new diet.

    Diet + Exercise = Weight loss! :)

It may help with the diet part to avoid foods high in sugar and carbs. These foods will make you continue to feel hungry throughout the day. Try to eat more vegetables and proteins. Also, high fiber foods will keep you feeling you much longer. Cut back on the daily calories by about 500 calories per day. A 1200-calorie diet each day should help bring results. Counting calories will help. DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!

As for the exercise part… Cardio will help burn fat. And weight lifting will help build muscle which naturally burns more calories than fat. Make sure that you always changes up your exercises and include a wide variety of activities!!!! If you continue to do the exact same exercises repeatedly for extended periods of time, then your body will adjust to the work and it will cease to be affective!!!!

Follow those simple rules and you should lose some weight in no time.

Ps. Here’s another tip: Try to eat the largest meal early in the day, then cut back at each meal throughout the day. People’s metabolisms are fastest early in the day and as the day goes on, they slow down. Therefore, the last meal should be the smallest. ALSO spicy foods speed up metabolisms!!!!! :)

you can’t lose 40 pounds in a month while staying healthy… but since you don’t care…

    eat only protein (no sugar/carbs)
    - mainly tuna and chicken breasts

drink as much water as possible.. (it speeds up your metabolism and fills you up)

    don’t drink any juice/soda

do cardio -45 minutes/day (you can find cardio workouts on youtube)

    jog/run – 60 minutes at least/day

it will be really hard! but if you’re really motivated, you can do it.

    best of luck.
