Have You Had Tummy Tuck Surgery? Tell Me About It Please. How Painful Was Recovery, Like the Results?
Anyone out there had a tummy tuck? Why did you do it? How was the recovery period? Did you love the end result? Was it worth it? Would you do it again? Thanks for your answers.
Don’t get me wrong, I do like myself, but this is the thing. I have had 4 c-sections and have recently lost 37 lbs. I look great except for the belly which no amount of exercise will shrink. I have done my research and the results are permanent. I have a very competent surgeon and I know he will do a great job. My husband loves me and my kids love me, I just want to be happy with what I see in the mirrow each day. The excuse that I have had 4 kids just doesn’t cut it anymore, know what I mean?
It is very painful and recovery could last months. It is more painful than a C- section. If your ok with that go for it!
I had one and I absolutely love the results. I had one because I had a ton of loose skin after my son was born. I couldn’t have lost the skin if I hadn’t gotten one. I had a ton of pain, and the recovery was long. I had to sleep on my recliner for about 4 weeks, and because I didn’t breath deep enough after surgery because it hurt too bad, I developed pneumonia in my left lung. That was very painful. Looking back on it, I would done a few things different. Like breathing properly, and not eating everything I wanted after surgery, but all in all, I would do it again in a heartbeat. dont bother getting it I wanted one and when I did the research it was a big waste of time/money and pain for nothing the results are often not great and the results dont last so your better off excercising and loving who you are
My aunt had one, and we are real close to eachother so she opened up a lot about it. She has actually had it done twice. The first time, they left too much on one side and the second time, was better. Her issue is that now right below her boobs she has fat, then her stomach goes flat. It honestly looks kind of funny. I would really check into it before you do it. The recovery wasnt bad for her but I really dont think she would do it again.
I don’t know why there are some people who decided to undergo with that operation.
