    Thanks for taking time to watch Erica get her SmartLipo MPX procedure. Exercise is up to the provider and typically based on the amount of work that has been done. We advise that you check with your Physician and follow his/her advice. Dr. Goodkind, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, recommends waiting at least ten days to restart aggressive exercise.
