Meh. I still say that ScarJo had a fantastic surgeon. Yes, that before pic was taken many years ago, but generally a nose would appear *larger* as one ages, compared to a childhood picture. She had just enough done to thin it out and it looks amazing, not that she wasn’t already beautiful before.
